i dont think so. as a leader of the hyuga clan hiashi is pretty much equal to neji in terms of power if not stronger. naruto can't beat him without sage mode or kyubi.

consider this. hiashi is from rougly the same generation as minato.

Schmack makes another good point. With Naruto's new powers (white form) he probably could do it. His teleportation? I was surprised by it, I had been hoping he'd use the same jutsu his dad did, like shikamaru and his family use the Shadow technique. Naruto would win against Hiashi.
