Orochimaru kills her with a sneak kusanagi or snake from below the ground.

He stabbed Tsunade in the chest and cut her body several times, we all know what happened. Once she released her seal, Orochimaru got oneshotted. Slower characters than Sakura canonically reacted to bold, so not happening.

She isn't a sensor and doesn't have any sort of defense, she can only tank but then orochimaru might not give her a chance to regenerate.

She doesn't have to be sensor to win this battle. No defense? Lmao. Katsuyu tanked Pain's village buster shinra tensei without a scratch. Her regeneration is instant, and she can keep fighting while doing so, its not like she has to stand still to heal.

Kusangi can extend very quickly as seen with the KN4.

So? It is still a linear attack, one that Sakura can casually dodge.

It probably won't come to hydra since orochimaru is smarter than her but that is a sure win. Hydra eats her. And manda turns slug into mini harmless slugs as in cannon.

He was also smarter than Sasuke/Hiruzen/ and arguably even Itachi to an extent, and we all know what happened.
@bold Katsuyu turned herself into mini slugs because Jiraiya was about to use his Katon technique, and he warned Tsunade to get away. No physical attack can harm the slug.
Not gonna debate the Hydra because this version of Orochimaru doesn't have it.

I never said anything about side or aerial attacks but underground attacks which katsuyu can't see either. Plus if katsuyu isn't keeping manda busy, it can also travel underground, putting sakura at more risk. And if she creates a smoke screen by punching ground then kusanagi extends very quickly and catches her off guard because katsuyu won't be fast enough to talk sakura through a coming kusanagi.

If he's restricted to his KN4 fight feats then Sakura wins mid difficulty.

-She has more chakra.
-She can survive all of his attacks due to Byakugo. Most of them anyway.
-She has physical power capable of obliterating V2 Susanoo so we can forget about Orochimaru taking her strongest punches without either being killed or being forced to use Oral Rebirth.
-Katsuyu's Acid is a GG if Sakura finds a way to knock him into it.

If he's allowed to use anything he's logically capable of using up to that point then he wins due to Kusanagi and Eight Branches.

The odds are against orochimaru but I think he could come off victorious .

Orochimaru has the kusanagi blade which is a spirit weapon which can cut anything except has difficulty in cutting through spirits like kyuubi ( I dont know if ya'll remember this but kyuubi was referred to as the " spirit fox " by jiraiya and a lot of others )

Kusanagi blade was capable of injuring the spirit diamond hard staff Enma , which is like the fifth most durable thing in the entire verse.

Sakura byakugou is the Yin power which is a spiritual ability so with that she might be able to block the kusanagi blade but I dont think she can hit orochimaru , she would keep on blocking it as even samehada which is another spirit weapon was able to stop Killer B with hachibi cloak easily .

Madara's gunbai was able to slap BM naruto away .

Kusanagi being a far stronger blade would be too much for sakura to avoid .


If he didnt he have the Kusanagi , the outcome would've been slightly different even though the mountain of snakes oro spits from his mouth would give her trouble ....

Even if she breaks the snakes , all of them have the kusanagi blades in thier mouth which will definitely pierce her and also the poison which comes out of the snakes broken bodies and fangs will immobilize her .

Even if she has the antidote , oro wouldn't give her time to use it . Oro also has great speed feats like dodging chidori and summoning the rashomon before the hyper-sonic Tailed beast ball laser hit him .
