CES isn't a fighting style but when utilised properly in heated combat, e.g Sakura vs Shin or Tsunade vs Orochimaru and Kabuto it's very pleasing to watch. Other than that gentle fist is so swift and gorgeous, personally Hinata's use of it is the most attractive.
