It really bothers me that they insist on giving filler characters development. :lol

Denki, Iwabe and Sumire aren't ever going to appear again after academy days. Why keep giving them development.

Just give their screen time to Sarada and Mitsuki because they're actually important. And Boruto already gets plenty of screen time.

So Kishimoto is taking a subtle Sasuke/Naruto theme with Boruto and Sarada.

I did make a thread that Boruto would be Sarada's rival eventually.

If Boruto becomes a Sasuke in their relationship, then granted Sarada will appear inferior in this fight, but capable. The next fight, however, will definitely show Sarada's far more capable than Boruto, and the next one after that Sarada destroys Boruto, and we'll finally come to our senses that Sarada truly solos.

God, I'm hyped. I'm even rumbling nonsense, but damn, this episode is going to be lit.

Boruto fans will certainly be on the edge of their seats when they watch this one. :Sparks:

Just hope it lasts more than at least 5 minutes. So we can get something solid on their relative strength.

They might be random but it seems the academy arc is meant to be canon, I could be wrong but I'm leaning towards that they will appear in the manga at some point
