CQC fight essentially.
Scenario: just any scenario that would make both want to pummel each other to death.
Credit for Hinata:
For Hanabi:
All of that taken into consideration.
Who wins, do you suppose?

Credit for Hinata:
Trained extensively w/ Neji prior the Ninja World War, mastered Gentle Fist Step: Twin Lion Fist. Got praise from Hiashi and entrusted to protect Neji.
Pioneered a technique of her own that mimics the essence of the Heavenly Spin. With a bit of enhancement from Kurama's chakra, she was able to repel one of the spikes from the Ten-Tails w/ an Air Palm.
Has held her ground against one of the mini-Juubi monsters, successfully executing the renowned 64 Palms, although with evident difficulty.

For Hanabi:
Has been personally praised by Hiashi to having prodigious talent.
Despite the stark difference in age between she and her sister, she was remarked to be just as strong while 5 years apart from her.
She's also been noted to be more fierce and able to execute a mission without reluctance due to her intense training under Hiashi and the customs embedded in her by the clan.
Thus, she's more resolute and would even kill if necessary, that giving her a great advantage in that regard. This has been proven by how she struck Hinata down despite the former not doing it upon the emerged opportunity.
Amongst other techniques that she could possibly have mastered as the heiress/head of the clan, she's demonstrated flawless mastery over the Heavenly Spin, a technique even Hinata has not found the skill to perfect.
She's also displayed Air Palms, a technique of a higher caliber than 64 Palms.
She's also been bestowed Hyuuga secret techniques, as the heiress of the clan, suggesting she might be capable of 64 Palms and more.
