Boruto might have Storm Release in the future???

Just my hypothesis but i believe he eventually will acquire Storm Release just based on how adept he is at the combination of his lightning stlye and water style with the release of chapter 16 shows the second time Boruto used a lightning/water style combo the first time was with the Kote Device ( although Boruto already claimed that he knows suiton, raiton, and fuuton before receiving the device) so would it be farfetched to say that Storm Release is in his future?
