Why Sasuke doesn't use all the Rinnegan abilities

Nah for some odd reason they automatically know the jutsu. Same with sharingan jutsus but only ones that come default with that eye.

The only common Rinnegan abilities Rinnegan wielders share are seeing Chakra network, shared vision, reviving the dead, Chibaku Tensei and summoning the Mazou. Other abilities are unique for each user, for example: Nagato has the Six Paths of Pain, Madara has Limbo and Tengai Shensei and Sasuke has space-time Ninjutsu and his Rinnegan Genjutsu. Sasuke has already displayed his Rinnegan, if that's what you're talking about.

Nerf. There's no other excuse one can make if a guy with a transplanted Rinnegan can use all Six Paths let alone an Uchiha who awakened Rinnegan and obtained chakra from Hagoromo and has had it for over 15 years now.
