Why Sasuke doesn't use all the Rinnegan abilities

I think that it's not out of fatigue but because using them literally make you go mad like obito said.

I mean if you think about it he was closed his eye during the fight with naruto and said it's cause he can't "control it".

I think that's why he sticks to the space/time swap and uses other techniques wisely.

If he didn't use them even after 12 years of training with the rinnegan and in situations where using the paths was the best option then I doubt he even has all of them.

yea Indra arrow should've wiped the floor with naruto dead body, prolly didn't work because lighting is weak against wind but still the sharigan should've easily allowed sasuke to perceive the best shot for Indra arrow to slip pass the two rasan- shurikens dealing the kill blow while using his rinnigan ability to teleport into safety

I don't think you need to see them, honestly. Nagato didn't see them, obviously and he could use all six. Sasuke didn't see anyone use em and he did the chakra absorption.
