I thought Naruto toke a page out of Sasuke's book and started learning new jutsu and expand his arsenal, but he's using ninja cheat codes instead....

Perhaps Naruto was playing in the future with new technologies and his spirit of shinobi died like everyone else, they began to rely on new technologies and lost as Kawaki said

He also combines it with a new water technique called 'Surging Sea'
