As far as uchiha go itachi and shisui were the strongest uchiha it's your choice if you want to classify them as the strongest in the village

Shisui Hype is not at the level of Itachi. Itachi was known for his Genjutsu mostly. Itachi from his overall skills. Shisui taught Itachi, yes, he was older than him but put them at the same age and Itachi would be way superior.

This is false shi sui was superior to itachi in every way. Faster due to body flicker even up to itachis death shi sui is still faster, shi sui may be more intelligent he did bestow his ideals on itachi his meaning of being a shinobi. Also his genjutsu is superior to itachi in every way... Itachi lived longer yet he wasn't faster nor was his genjutsu better than shi sui so what are you talking about and btw shi sui was hailed as the most talented uchiha of his generation which included itachi who was just 4 years younger

Get your facts right even if they battled itachi loses every time. Shi sui beats him in genjutsu instantly
