Depends on your background but from a English speaking basis, German is the easiest. French, Russian, Romanian and Norwegian have a lot of inflection which is foreign to English. Obviously you could still learn them but not as compatible as German.

if you know urdu, hindi is really easy to pick up. if you know hindi, urdu is really easy to pick up.
