EDIT: Oh yeah, the bonus. :lol In the bonus scenario:

-She beats Sasori easily. Hiding like a Mole or Earth Golem to defend from Iron Sand, Acid Mist to melt chakra strings making his puppets useless, then it's GG. Honestly she could actually come close to beating him without the extra buffs.

-She beats Sakura easily. Elements keep her at bay and Acid Mist + Lava kill her. Suiton Clones for feints, Hidden Mist to cloud Sakura's vision etc.

-She beats Hiruzen easily.

-She beats Naruto, Acid Mist prevents CQC. Juubi Sized Katon counters Rasen Shuriken.

-She beats Orochimaru.

-Gaara and Kisame still murk her.

I'll agree with the others and say she can win the first 4. With the bonus scenario, I would say that she could potentially defeat Sasori, Sakura, and Old Hiruzen. Iron skin, that one earth style sandwich jutsu used against the Gedo Mazo, Madara's giant katons, Tobirama's piercing suiton, and a few more jutsu come to mind. Is she allowed to use jutsu that use a lot of chakra (eg. most of Kisame's arsenal) or are they off limits?

She could beat pain......hungry realm can't absorb lava. Nor can it absorb acid steam. The lava will melt pain nice and soft , it would a great sight....the very great and mighty pain being melted into nothingness without even getting the chance to do anything. It would be a funny joke if the rinnegan gets melted into liquid hahahaha, anyways ghost realm can't absorb kekkei genkai because madara was trying his maximum to get away from it.

Mei only lose to maybe Sasori, and only lose to Hiruzen, SM Naruto (WA) , oroxhimaru and kisame . But they win high diff. Mei is underrated.
