Scenario 1: Juugo can't go curse mark level 2
Scenario 2: Juugo all abilities allowed.

Bonus : Give Hinata rotation would that change anything?

If she has rotation she beats Jugo (possibly), as he can't breach it. If she doesn't, she gets her ass beat because from my acknowledgement Jugo is faster than Hinata. She hasn't shown a single speed feat equal to intercepting V1 Ay's striking speed.

Did it cause any significant damage to Ay? And from my recollection its only be used like once? It's hard to formulate a basis on rather it can pose a threat to rotation when it hasn't been shown to actually affect something of rotation's caliber. So it's more than likely a yes from me that rotation counters Jugo's chakra blast.

Am I the only one who thinks juugo was just wasted potential? Like in theory his powers are great and strong but he doesn't manage to do anything noteworthy like I can't get a feel of his power

He is. His abilities are a step above the Curse Mark, but a step below Sage Mode. He's actually pretty strong for a mid tiered shinobi. Can react to and block Ay's punch, his physical strength and durability are also off the charts. Took Ay's initial punch, and made a large crater when he punched Killer B.

He'd destroy Manga Hinata, but The Last Hinata would win. I do take back her stomping S1 though. :lol

Was beating the puppets that gave some of the other Hyuga and Hiashi a little trouble, though they were using more abilities against Hiashi, but she also didn't use Byakugan.

Has Hiashi shown feats capable of intercepting V1 Ay striking speed? Have those puppets shown any type of speed feats? I didn't watch The Last, but I'm pretty sure V1 Ay shits on Hiashi, and all the other Hyuga. Correct me if I'm wrong.

No, and they don't have raw speed feats, but they were able to corner Hiashi.....somewhat, and he does shit on them, but idk how that matters here considering Jugo himself would, and did, get stomped by Ay.

Hinata wins with CM restricted, and she can pull off a high diff with Rotation and CM allowed.
