Hanabi, the main house genius, and vessel to the purest of Byakugan? Unexpectedly, no. Hiashi, the wise, and previous clan head? So I thought... But again, no. And finally, the Sunflower Princess, H-h-himawari?! But alas... No. So who really possessed the sharpest, most refined, and best insight of the Hyūga Clan's Byakugan? That's right, the never illustrious, the forever forgotten, and the fodder-discovered-greatness that is: Tokuma Hyūga! Spoiler You must be registered for see images Now before you Neji/Hinata/Hanabi/Hiashi/Himawari supporters get your panties in a bunch, you have to realize that Tokuma is actually a badass, a Hyūga member who knew how to really train his Byakugan to such a level he'd been labeled as having the sharpest Byakugan of all the Hyūga. This level of greatness allowed him to reach the rank of Tokubetsu Jōnin, who were specialist in specific areas. Tokuma being a specialist in the Byakugan makes sense, and I'm glad to see light shone upon such an undercover savage. So, without further ado. Tokuma > Hinata > Hinabi > Hiashi > Neji > Himawari in Byakugan insight. Though once you pass Tokuma, the positions are changeable. Tokuma will forever be #1 in insight. Tokuma Hyūga, the one with the sharpest Byakugan of all the Hyūga.

The red circle is where the location of the Shinobi alliance vs the Juubi. And the orange line displays the distance which is a very large distance. Yet, we see that Kakashi was able to see it.

However, This Juubi Dama was even fired a longer distance away that the only one was able to see was Hiashi with his Byakugan. I know that just because you can see further doesn't mean that you are eyes are sharper but shouldn't that put his Byakugan above Hinata's and Hanabi's?

Sasuke can read chakra signatures. He differentiated his chakra from Deidara's, allowing him to realize bombs had entered his system.

That's becuase Kabutos chakra signature changed when he absorbed various DNA; combined with senjutsu. Karin couldn't even pick up on Kabutos chakra signature and her sensory is OP.

Didn't Hanabi say her byakugan was comparable to an adults, I don't remember anyone at her age being that advanced unless I'm missing something.

But yea , since he has the sharpest eyes this would no doubt mean that he has the ability to percieve smaller and faster moving targets compared to even Neji. Hinata's eyes isn't sharper than Neji's as Kakashi made sure to note that even with Byakugan shouldn't be able to perceive so accurately/sharply.

Truthfully the positions after Tokuma can be toyed with. As long as Tokuma remains #1 its up to opinion I believe. Hiashi > Neji > Hanabi=Hinata?> Himawari?

No, he can differentiate the color of chakra. Two different things.

Byakugan is all about insight. Tokuma having the sharpest Byakugan within the clan solidifies that his Byakugan was the strongest in its innate abilities (insight). The other techniques branching from the Byakugan like Gentle Fist, Rotation etc. clearly aren't being spoken about because they're not Byakugan abilities, merely created thanks to the abilities the Byakugan grants. Hanabi may have the purest, but Tokuma until it's refuted will always have the best Byakugan in the clan. Can't refute manga facts.

I'd just noticed the bird, though we can't for sure correlate the hawk, or whatever species it is as his summoning. That said, I'm unsure the order of superiority after Tokuma. Hiashi more likely > Neji. Then there's Hinata & Hinabi, truthfully I've no clue of the lesser clan member's rankings.
