This is done my one of the animators of SP as a doujin sadly it can't really considered as canon. I wished Sakura had that Design for the blank period it looks so good

Most of his concepts have went onto being developed, I think its a pretty good chance of that happening here becuase the background of the image refers this to being a sample. But I could be wrong..

He actually works on SS Doujinshi for fact and if you look through his time line on Twitter you'll see him insinuating SS taking up his time even though he won't say for what. . But well see what's to come...
