Chakra-Enhanced Strength/Heavenly Foot Of Pain/Okasho​

I've heard some people on the base talk about how CES is only dangerous if the user builds momentum or jumps before the strike, wrong. Momentum itself makes up for 10% of CES potency, the rest is based on the chakra inputted. Sakura and Tsunade are placed in situations where they use momentum only because they are either on a high platform or are jumping.


Definition:

"With the damage done dependent on the amount of chakra used, it is also possible for a skilled shinobi to amass it in their fingertip."

Now if CES can't be increased via chakra then are you really trying to tell me these two strikes have the same amount of chakra kneaded into them and that "momentum" was why the war arc punch was bigger? Exactly I'm right, momentum is a small percentage of CES's destruction and more chakra could be used in place for loss of momentum. There is no denying however momentum can increase CES deadly attributes but it isn't necessary.

Second you're comparing early Part 2 Sakura with war arc Sakura who completed her byakugou.

But I'd agree with you that momentum is not a necessity for CES to be dangerous in most situations however it does helps significantly to power up the CES's damage when used in combination against tough opponents.

Just to remind you, if you hit the ground with terminal velocity (highest momentum for a fall), you will be a dead corpse and the rocks will be undamaged.
A corpse momentum can' t destroy a rock.
What Sakura uses to damage the ground is at least 1000 times stronger than the energy due to her momentum.

I already said CES is quite powerful without needing to build any momentum however combining the momentum with CES is even stronger.
Just dislike people coming down to numbers without having any proof to show for it.

What she uses is just pure strength enhanced with Chakra which means that the amount of damage is determined by the amount momentum. Momentum = Mass x Velocity. Mass here is the amount of Chakra concentrated in her fist and Velocity is how how fast her fist moves.

Obviously the more Chakra concentrated in the fist the more damage that it'd cause. But let's say that there is a large amount of Chakra concentrated in Sakura's fist but her fist was moving with 0 velocity then it'd cause 0 damage. She needs to move her fist to cause damage. And the faster her fist move the more damage it'd cause.

So what you said is wrong, because the momentum of her fist is what causes the damage to begin with. More Momentum = More Damage. Less Momentum = Less Damage. Zero Momentum = Zero Damage. And the fact that she needed to leap very high to cause such an impact in the war arc shows that a direct punch to the ground without jumping would be nowhere near the one that she displayed in the War Arc.

Momentum isn't just obtained by jumping, a fast strike could be used and that's what I'm trying to say. Jumping isn't required for CES to be fatal.

I am aware of that. But jumping high can incredibly increase one's momentum. An attack from someone falling from a high distance is obviously more stronger than an attack delivered directly from the ground. That's why we see wrestlers in WWE trying something crazy like this

What I don't understand is why Sakura isn't faster since Sasuke and Naruto went through improved chakra control training. With that training Base Sasuke who likely had a speed stat of 2-2.5 matched Haku with a speed stat of 4.
Now with Sakura's chakra control she should be extremely fast.
