Everyone overestimates minato and underestimates itachi and shisui. Tbh does minato's sage mode give him extra speed?like his one is the yin seal right? Yang is in control of physical energy and stamina so.....and itachi is faster than minato in raw speed without counting ftg bcuz itachi dodged chidori which is lightning-fast at 30% speed effortlessly. Shisui is a better body flicker user than minato as per his name. If minato gets caught in koto he's done. If itachi gets in tsuku he's done. Normal genjutsu too he's done as itachi can manipulate perfect jinchuuriki. And a lot of excuses minato fans use is , " he can fight without looking" which is utterly false as asuma stated in part 1 that only guy could fight without looking for a split second, which means minato would look atleast once. Sharingan can find his markings and he's done. Sharingan can predict his movements and even though he has excellent chakra control , itachi has better as he can control the entire zetsu army + edo tenseis without being sensed by anyone over long distances.

Minato was considered fastest because of his hiraishin mastery. Shisui's shunshin was better than him. Itachi's speed is way higher than anything minato can gather up. He dodged a chidori at 30% speed even though chidori makes the user fast as lightning. Itachi can also stab him with totsuka which doesn't have a speed limit because it is ethereal and also he cant use space-time because the sword pierce through his dimension. Itachi doesn't even need shunshin to increase his speed. Itachi was invisible to sharingan with 40% speed of his 13 year old speed as kakashi couldnt keep up with him , kakashi is the fastest ninja in konoha tied with guy as he doesn't use shunshin yet kept up with minato without sharingan.
