Kisame's Great Shark Bullet absorbs all of Hiruzen's elemental jutsus, shurieknjutsus get easily deflected by Samehada, and Enma nyo staff summoning gets held in place by kisame's water prison jutsu (since enma couldn't escape a bunch of small snakes).

As one member here inferred, one of the purposes of this thread is to see which people value more: "feats" or "hype".

Hiruzen, being the teacher of the Sannin and a Hokage, would likely receive the same level of praise as Jiraiya did from Kisame. (Hype)

However, when you compare the techniques both have used you could make a good argument that Kisame is stronger. (Feats)

One of the things I am trying to roughly gauge is what people value more. But this thread was not designed to be conclusive.
