rule 1: Sasuke can't use any other techniques and ameno and chidori can only be used once per battle. (shunshin allowed)
rule 2: if opponent survives the only chidori or escapes then sasuke loses.
rule 3: i'll allow sasuke to use enton within chidori assuming he didn't use that in the movie

8 gates is too fast, I doubt tagging him without ameno would be easy, plus without other jutsu like susanoo, Sasuke is an easy target for a counter.

Neji dies both scenarios.
Tsunade survives unless it's a headshot. Chidori pierces and Tsunade is flesh so it likely won't eradicate her entire body.
Gaara dies both scenarios.
Ay dies both scenarios.
Raikage and B die both scenarios
Obito can't be hit by this tech.
Minato survives with Ameno restricted.
Gai evades without Ameno.
Nagato blocks it or absorbs it without Ameno.
Hashirama blocks without Ameno.
Naruto gets hit with Ameno, dodges without.

Do you even have to ask whether or not Neji or Gaara can defend from a Chidori that packs the same energy yield as a Bijuu Dama? Especially in Neji's case. :lol

No they obviously can't block an attack that destroyed a meteor .
Considering the 100ft distance i think Bee would be able to transform to BM in time since it is almost an instant transformation .
