Only attacks that destroy her entire chakra system effect Sakura because I'm pretty sure she tanked truth-seeking orbs directed at her chest, and they are meant to negate chakra and she was still able to access her seal despite being impaled. So I assume moderate damage dosent effect it with Byakugō but attacks on a larger scale like FRS do.

I don't know. The way the damage is done, it might be a bit too much cellular damage for byakugou to heal. If it could, it would probably take some time, pretty much leaving her unable to fight. So I'm gonna go with no.

The Chakra she stores in her forehead is separate from her network, so it means FRS would not do a thing to her. And if I recall correctly, the Rinnegan black rod which shuts down Chakra network was meaningless to her.

The chakra from the seal still has to flow through her chakra network when she opens it, and with severed chakra points it would not be able to travel through them. Regeneration would not work here. ( unless some chakra threads remain unharmed )
