I am mostly refering to other females of her age Ino, Sakura, Tenten, Temari . But some of those applies in general.
So what makes her so unique compared to those 4 mentioned above :
1. Unique personality .
2. Only female with dojutsu and KKG.
3. Female with decent background story regarding her and her clan.
4. First character to acknowledged Naruto even before Iruka.
5. Only female who has direct connection to Otsutsuki´s.
6. Only female who wasn´t chasing after Sasuke .
7. Unique even among Hyugas with Twin Lion Fist that no other Hyuga has shown.

People say she can only say Naruto -Kun yet she has 2 very memorable quotes .
