0. Kamui Phase. As soon as any part of the body is hit, it's warped to the other dimension. This happens without Obito's input and has no delay, and really shouldn't be ranked in a speed list.
1. Amenominaka instantly warps everyone in the vicinity to another dimension. Kaguya is the fastest character, so of course it's number 1.
2. Yomotsu Hirasaka.

Why do you put ameno above ftg?(serious question) is it cause of seal prep needed? Otherwise ftg and ameno seem about the same(especially adult sauce) speed wise

The closest instance between the 2 we have to compare(situationally) imo would be sasuke vs kin and minato vs ay. Both literally avoided getting hit fractions of a second before it happens. Like I said, I agree sasuke >>> minato in speed, but as far as the speed of their s/t jutsus? I think the only thing that hurts ftg is the seal necessity

Yes, usage, meaning the two techniques being instant doesn't matter because we are ranking how fast they are when they are used by the people who know them. (stated in OP as well) Sasuke is faster thus his technique will be used before Minato's, thus making Sasuke's Ameno faster.

-Minato got raped by Madara.
-Sasuke escaped Madara and Kinshiki and even tagged Madara.

That's how you'd compare them situationally if we even had to.

V1 Ay is not V2 Ay. Minato reacted to V2 Ay. We're talking about reflexive speed, not Shunshin. Shunshin doesn't matter when talking about Space Time Ninjutsu.

Ok, maybe i overreacted but still, Sasuke showed best Shunshin in the serious - without any space time ninjutsu

Hmm, fair enough, I was confused on whether we were comparing straight on the tech or including the person using them

-Yomotsu Hirasaka's effective speed depends on the speed of what goes through it .if it is her ash bone then it is way slower than DMS Kakashi's single eye kamui and still slower than Sasuke's Ameno .if it is her arm ,then I am not really sure how fast it is .


-Limbo isn't S/T jutsu.it physically travels to the target .thus its effective speed is a distance dependent .if the distance is relatively small and limbo uses shunshin and it is as fast as Jin Madara's which should be close to RSM Naruto's then it would be faster than Ameno and probably even DMS Kakashi' kamui since RSM Naruto's shunahin was shown against kaguya to be much faster than the effective speed of Sasuke's Ameno .


-Kamui snipe has two processes. 1-the instant spawn of the S/T barrier .2- the warping speed .FTG/Ameno have two similar processes .1-the instant spawn of the user .2-the striking speed of the user .if the warping speed of a kamui is faster than the striking speed of the user of FTG/ Ameno then kamui is effectively faster and vice versa .


Striking speed is included in the effective speed of Ameno and FTG .long range kamui is being considered not self teleportation.

By the effective speed of FTG and Ameno you mean the striking speed is included?
By dual kamui and 1 MS kamui you mean long range kamui or self teleportation ?

Yep.
The Kamui Snipe, self teleport is canonically slower than the Gudoudamas so i didn't include it.
