Hinata does not receive enough screen or playtime to even be pinned in that category. I also think it's really dumb to label characters as "overrated" or "underrated" based off of your personal feelings for them. Only reason why you find her overrated is because majority of people prefer her over Sakura. There are probably no more than maybe 10 fanboys on this base that overwanks her feats, but that doesn't make the actual character overrated. You just don't like the idea of Sakura not being wanked on the same tier as Hinata, not to mention your heavy distaste for the character.
