Awakening the Bayakugan just like that without training is something only prodigies can do. The only problem i have is her relevancy in the series . she has so much potential as the main character's sister. yes i hate Hinata but i like her daughter If only Fodder Hinata was like her

damn the fanfic why couldn't she? Toneri a Byakugan user took her pure eyes because they could. And your suggesting the owner of the eyes themselves couldn't awaken the Tenseigan. The eyes also know their full power with their original owner.

Someone didn't watch the movie. Damn not only are you misinformed regarding the manga, but the canon movies as well? That's a new record. Hanabi on her own doesn't fit the requirements in awakening the Tenseigan, despite having pure eyes. In order to awaken the Tenseigan, one must combine the chakra of Hamura's descendants within the Otsutsuki and the Hyuga clans. The combination of their chakra will transform the Byakugan to a Tenseigan, which is why after implanting the eyes, Toneri was able to awaken it. As of now, Hanabi can't. Hell, Hinata's chances of awakening it is 100 times more probable via Hamura's chakra, however she's restricted due to plot.

After Toneri was defeated by Naruto, the Tenseigan faded and reverted back into the Byakugan. (Something the Rinnegan hasn't been shown to do.)
