i can say basic things in a French, Spanish, German. only language im fluent in is English though. if i had to learn a language though i feel like I could, just never really had the interest or need

Proficient in Arabic and English. Those are the only two languages I'm eloquent in. I've ventured in learning other languages as well, but I unfortunately got tired of trying when it got difficult. Japanese kanji is no funny business. However, I'm thinking of going back, and starting with learning the language itself before learning how to write it.
