The anime is bad because its rehashing, its bad because its rehashing from a source material is complete shit(Gaiden).

Manga hardly has any material to begin with anway, the anime is gonna surpass it less than a year.

Eh I wouldn't get my hopes up just yet. It look like they are going to buildup the villains now.

Logically it wouldn't make sense for Team Konohamaru to go straight into a serious battle just after this long exposition. However, it does mean that we are getting closer to getting a real fight soon.

But it won't be next month, I think. I suspect 2-3 more chapters before someone meets these villains.
