So Tsunade and Ay collectively have far more striking power than Sakura and Naruto.

Tsunade has shown us more destructive feats, + she rarely uses CES.
Ay is very strong too.

SM Naruto can't compete with any of them.
Sakura and Tsunade is probably a tie, because of tsuande's age.
