Neji will win S1. He still has rotation and body blow to combat Sasuke's superior speed and has better taijutsu. The only thing Sasuke has here is katon which is also taken care of by rotation. Without precog nothing leads me to believe that Sasuke can apply any pressure.

The foundation of Neji's fighting style remains the same (even without Dojutsu) meaning he will have the upper hand in CQC. Sasuke gets dragged after repeated losses in taijutsu battles.

SRA Neji has a superior speed than VOTE Sasuke w/o enhancement and he out classes him in terms of Taijutsu and restricting the Sharingan is just like restricting Chidori so Neji beats him in close combat. but restricting the Byakugan is like restricting Neji's whole arsenal since the Gentle Fist essentially requires Byakugan Meanwhile Sasuke has Katon so gotta give it to him. he takes this mid-high diff.

Sc2 Sasuke shits on him due to having a lot of Katon Jutsu, Chidori variants, and superior speed.

NEJI wins both rounds with S2 after extreme efforts. 64 palms is at disadvantage without the Byakugan but Jyuken still is deadly.
Sasuke has Katon so Neji should watch out for that. How much does Sharingan restriction affect Chidori?

If it comes to a taijutsu battle, how would Sasuke counter Jyuken? Sasuke wins in ninjutsu battle given rotation fails to react against a lot of Katon.

No i meant in that little altercation when he deactivated his CM. Naruto got 1 lick in then Sasuke was winning until they used Rasengan/Chidori. Then the rest was history.

As many have pointed out Neji wins scenario 1 for sure.

He gets fu*** in scenario 2 by Kirin. Without Kirin he takes 2 as well.

Honestly i forgot sasuke had kirin when i made the restrictions but i was thinking about nagashi body current and wondered if neji gets through it especially since its likely more deadly if used by gokage summit sasuke whose chakra is more potent and thick than cs2 according to karin.
