Maybe an episode detailing the Chunin Exams that the Konoha rookies undertook? Although it's a bit boring that all the Chunin exams seem to be structured the same way. Any of the Jounin exams would be awesome too.

The survival exam is different depending on the nation hosting it but the OVA showed that the Hidden Cloud also use stadium battles for the finals. Naruto supposedly undertook the abridged trials there before the War preparations.

Yeah, guess every nation does it strictly the same way until Naruto changed them as Hokage.

That filler is actually a fantastic arc if you're interested in some part 1 feels (the mystery of the other teams and all that) and especially if you like Neji/Lee. Team Guy are basically the main characters but Kiba/Hinata and Sakura/Ino get some great moments too.

I don't think such a thing exists. Although Neji does get promoted straight to Jonin for special circumstances during said arc.
