Will they Ignore the Shin Clones in The Future?

Do you think after the Gaiden they are going to ignore the fact that there are literally dozens of Shin clones that can all use the sharingan and potentially the mangekyo sharingan living with Kabuto at the orphanage. I mean with training they could be a force to recon with and practically a whole army that is just lying around. You would think that would be a big deal but I almost feel like it would be hard to write them in the story considering how ridiculous their origin is anyway and they may just pretend they do not exist in the future.

As it stands right now the new generations story is broken into two parts. Sarada and Boruto's development. The Shins are incorporated in Sarada's storyline. As she develops so will they. They're traditional sharingan vs her body and royal bloodline. As the plot progresses the contrast will become clearer.

I would be seriously upset if they did. The Uchiha clan is in a way revived now and the Mangekyou Sharingan orphanage headed by Kabuto would be great to bring back should Sasuke/Naruto be away when the village needs protecting.
