Closing a certain Chakra Point means no Susano'o?

I don't think so since susanoo is generated by the eyes. It's probably a part of susanoo he wanted to use. She likely cut the flow of chakra to the susanoo itself.

Not his hawk. But Sasuke himself was attacked by Kaguya's hair. She even landed a hit on him and he couldn't activate Susano'o which means she blocked his entire Chakra System.

Sasuke has actually formed Susanoo again after that.

and I don't think that his Susanoo have disappeared when Kaguya blocked his Chakra point to begin with. So I doubt that she shut his whole Chakra system by blocking one Chakra point.
