The fact is sakura knows about gentle fist and such so she would most likely use her summons which Hinata would have to give her attention too thus opening her up to be defeated...now before fans talk about her 360 vision...we have seen Hinata get overwhelmed in the anime by zetsu clones, and guess what guys.... she had her byugun up....which is proof you can get around it. Fans go on and on about her byugun and gentle fist but for all that talk Hinata does not have any type of canon win under her belt...that's a telling look on her as a ninja,especially when every ninja is affected by her taijutsu.

The Yin Seal is stored chakra. What Sakura decides to do with that tangible, stored chakra is per her discretion.

Not sure who you all is, but obviously anything Tsunade can do with CES Sakura can replicate (especially as an adult)...that shouldn't have to be explained. Techniques like Nerve Derangement, and listening to a heartbeat I wouldn't attribute to Sakura since they are solely exclusive to Tsunade's moveset, but CES damage...come on now :lol

No it isn't, Naruto directly asks Kurama to lend him his chakra, which he does. Kurama is a separate being. Yin Seal isn't.

Rikudo Chakra > V1 Bijuu Cloak. So if you want to dismiss everything else, it would at the very least allow her to replicate her Bijuu Air Palm. And of course a general increase of speed on par with V1 Cloak.
