I think Sasuke has shown to possess some of orochiamru sealing techniques, when he released orochimaru from Kabuto or anko. And I think he had his killing intent when he scared juugo and suigetsu, but was that all him or orochimaru.
Naruto possessed killing intent when fighting that shin clone, but it was more so Kurama . And he have some kind of sealing prowess when it comes to Kurama
Sakura and tsunade are tricky, because they don't give the person a chance to be shook by their killing intent, they just pop off. There is an instance when they told her the news on the hit out on Sasuke, and her mere presence shook the room, everyone was scared to tell her, even shizune was scared . and we know that her sealing prowess was apart of her medic training, as she most likely possesses Tsunades knowledge and jutsu on healing curses and undo sealing jutsu. And frankly she has the best skill set for it.
