They don't get diluted necessarily. But not all Uchihas were Itachi or Sauske or Shisui. Kushina was said to be exceptionally gifted. Neji was the gifted one in his generation. So it still depends on individuals.

Nope lifeforce isn't connected to the body either it's for longevity and allows for jutsu such as bite healing (karin).
Kushina doesn't have yang release for a powerful body yet has a strong life force. Supposed half uzumaki Nagato has a strong life force which keeps him alive but a frail body.
Half uzumaki Naruto has weak lifeforce (pretty much near instant death after kyubi ripped out of him) his yang energy came from the kyubi as did his healing.
I think people are confused and trying to link the 3 yang, strong body and life force together.
The uzumaki clan in general I'd say because of their strong lifeforce could use jutsu like reaper seal for longer but that's about it. In Nagato's case handle madara's eyes (because of his lifeforce).

Regarding Nagato it was due to his Senju lineage which the manga stated but his vitality was great also due to having his chakra sapped from the mazo and still be able to fight. Also Mito who lived decades on decades until Kushina became jin.

I can't see it the only thing that made her special is in my guess she'd already learnt chakra chains(so could bind kurama since the chains were incorporated into her seal) and the clans fuinn jutsu.
Karin also healed from Amaterasu's burns, chakra chains, zetsu stabs etc. She uses her lifeforce as a mechanism to heal herself.
