Edo Itachi clearly wins, and it's not debatable. Edo reserves allow Itachi to camp in V4 Susano'o w/ Yata Mirror. There's also KA in his arsenal, and the infinite clone feints coupled by genjutsu that will catch Minato off guard eventually.

Itachi vs Minato is debatable. But anything regarding Edo Itachi vs Minto isn't.

The point of the fight with kabuto was to protect sasuke, not kill kabuto and put him in a genjutsu to stop reanimation.

Minato uses kunai to attack and teleport. Itachis is shown as the best kunai user in the series. Itachi imo is just a bad matchup for minato. Just like how minato was a bad matchup for obito.
