[Suggestion] The M.A.C Base threads need an update.

In my opinion the M.A.C Base threads are in desperate need of an update. For instance while I love bleach and what it did for me as a manga and anime its over. Its been over for a while... so let a series take its spot and move it to the sub forums. I mean we have so many great series that are growing. In my opinion Boku No Hero should take its spot. Just a thought thought and thanks for listening to my suggestion.

There should probably be a poll about manga/anime which should be replace Bleach and Ft boards as mains if you guy wish so. Make it easier for Z to check the activity and choose accordingly.

Awesome news thanks a lot. I'll be happy if Boku No Hero is added in general lol. But a poll would be a great idea to see what should replace what.

Boku no Hero is WAYYY better than boruto.

While Boku no Hero is wayyy better than Boruto, even Naruto IMO, there still isn't a lot of variety. People are forgetting that this MAC section can't just thrive off of Academia. It'll become boring if all we talk about is Academia, regardless of how great it is.

No one really reads Kimetsu No Yaiba, it's a demon slaying/historical/"horror" manga in the same magazine as Boruto/Academia! Yes, it's a long running shonen too and has been rising a lot in popularity in Japan. There's tons of other series aside from Kimetsu that are in the same magazine that most users here don't read:


-Haikyuu!!
-Robot x Laserbeam
-Yuragi-sou no yuuna-san
-Hinomaru Zumou
-Dr.Stone
-Food Wars

That's 7 long runners (including potential long runners) that not many people read! That's quite alarming if you ask me.

All these series I've listed are going to be long stayers. If not a lot of users are reading at least some series in the Weekly Shonen Jump magazine then this MAC section will remain dead. You guys can make all the polls you want but that's the reality. I'm not suggesting that every/most users has to read all series in the magazine but reading 2 or maybe 3 other shonens aside from Boruto, Black Clover, Academia, One Piece and maybe even Shokugeki wouldn't hurt.

I would like every member here, be it a regular member or even a mod/admin, to try out any of the series I mentioned...with Naruto/Bleach/FT(not WSJ I know) gone people should really look for new series that I listed since those are the long runners and will foster more discussions.

Really? I found Dr.Stone one of the more boring ones from what I've listed. I heard it got better recently so I may check it out again.

Tbh, I didn't find Hinomaru Zumou's theme of sumo wrestling to be appealing at all, until I gave it a try and it's one of my fav shonens from the current lineup....That's kinda the point I was making, giving new series a try.

I know giving every series a try is too much but I would definitely recommend Kimetsu No Yaiba & The Promised Neverland. I think most people will enjoy those series, especially the former since it's pretty much a battle shonen. The art can be bit of a turn off for some people but you'll get used to it and it definitely improves. I think Kimetsu No Yaiba will get an anime by next year as well.

Maybe later. I have read about it.But I already have many mangas which I'm reading or have kind of dropped due to time constraint. Unless I really get in to the story for some reason I forget about them till I stumble upon them again.
