I always thought of it that way. I've also considered the Uchiha to be mulatto and picking up the eyes and hair of their black side, they seem too white in skin and facial features to be asian.

The Uchihas look like they're from India or some other mid eastern nation. There jet black raven hair along with their eyes gave me that vibe. Ironically enough Tobirama looks like a mongolian russian like all the other senjus, naruto the same as tobirama.
