The Nue Boruto fought was 10x smaller and weaker . And also Naruto didn't fight the nue he was on a diadvantage because of his kurama mode. Nue would suck all his chakra and explode. It's too risky. If Nue sucked Boruto's chakra nothing would happen because he's not in a place where's there people(village) and because there's little chakra in Boruto
