We already know that a graze of the GF can be lethal for the opponents inner body but like the twin lion fist could you incorporate frog kata so that you can also increase the range of their chakra depleting/sealing/boosting/etc... plus the sensing combined with the byakugan

If it is successful enough then maybe the Hyuga itself would innovate their GF to always have frog kata with it. It would also mean that the GF would be now senjutsu based, which is needed against Ootsutki's.

more so the quality of the byakugan... Hinata is eyes are more pure then Nejis and she has a larger range and more eye stamina

Kaguya had the mezo as her body she drew on its power so she was different and is immortal.
However sage mode allows sensing chakra and the complexities and amplified range would blow her brain. It's like professor x experiencing mass scale thought but far more complicated(Byakugan insight and that) since the human limits apply.

but maybe it can be plausible.... Hamura had Rikudo sage chakra so I don't know how that worked out and I am guessing his byakugan is way up there

That's a big stretch om mitsuki and we don't really know how snake/deagon sage mode works. All sage modes have differences.

Naruto's not necessary he's going to drag her down however their is a possibility with her seeing chakra mode or something devising her own style avatar similar to susanoo.
I also believe the Hyuga can do this to a degree provided Hinata's lion fists are out of the usual style and are form to chakra (an Uchiha skill and she has yin release). Perhaps she'll learn releasing chakra from all her points(from Hanabi Hime) and shape it using Yin(is she has it).
Sage mode won't help in that aspect and it's useless to the Hyuga and their style.
