Based on fanfic? Sasuke and Madara are indra incarnates, they're exceptional. Itachi was a prodigy like Minato, obviously he wrecks but not without difficulty. To say fodder with 3t solo kage is beyond me, heck itachi and obito seemingly slaughtered the uchiha low diff and you mean to tell me they're kage level? I don't think so.

Yea because killing a clan when they're sleep and have no defense up mean they're fodder huh? 3 tomoe Itachi would solo all those kage i listed. Same as 3 tomoe Madara and 3 tomoe Sasuke. None of those 3 kage will give Itachi any difficulty.

It's fan boying or denial which is blinding you to facts that anybody with a 3 tomeo sharingan is instantly kage level or above. Chiyo states you always fight an Uchiha in 2s to counter the sharingan. The clarity see fast moving objects(note if your normal speed of sight is to see in 1 second and you see a faster object 2× as fast in 1 second ghen you can effectively counter 2xs as fast because of this).anticipation next point or move, ability to copy and counter most jutsu effectively raises your potential to near unmatchable levels except for the rare few.

Lol sand has never been a problem for sasuke, he has raiton & we've seen what his chidori done last time. After seeing him keep up with raikage lightening armor we can safely say he can get in close with taijustu and kenjustu to land an attack or genjustu him. That sand isnt fast enough to catch sasuke.

I made it clear Enton arrow and eyes are necessary for genjutsu not range. Sasuke's speed and hawk alone narrow the distance. Not to forget once kirin hits Gaara's sand it'll turn to glass and melt onto him. Turning him into a figurine.

Not being able to pierce through that isn't a demerit in any way, shape or form. Madara's V2 Susanoo was ripping through War Gaara's Mom Shield with enough power to crack Onoki's golem with Magatama yet said Magatama aren't going to burrow deep into the ground or into this bridge.

Say no more then, you're absolutely correct. Still other ways Gaara can counter counter the Susano'o Arrows though, and defense still is a plausible counter if he layers it probably. That, or outright evasion while at a great distance in the air should allow enough time for evasion, considering his sand's speed isn't slow in the least.
