Who in the hell even came up with this idea? If awakening your Sharingan makes you an elite so what, you had elite blood coursing through your veins from birth, it's your birthright to have that power. By the logic of Naruto fans, being naturally talented at math is cheating because your talent takes you from an average person to a math whiz.

The manga stated all power and chakra comes from the tail ten. Some people are mad about that. They need to understand that and get over it.

There is no cheating in Naruto's world. All of these different powers/abilities are design to give the user advantages.

I don't think it's cheating, with everything in the NV the sharingan isn't a cheat. It could almost be seen as a drawback in the effect that users feel superior and underestimate their opponents.
