Hiashi was doing vacuum palms as if he had a Kyuubi cloak on when he did not and Hiashi's rotation is still the biggest

If Neji stayed alive then maybe he would've surpassed and we don't know about adult Hanabi or Hinata are capable off but I am basing this on what we saw in Naruto

He's been with her since childhood I think. Sarada's probably not as crazy....but then again we haven't seen her angry angry yet
