All senjus inherit the strong physical energy from the sage ashura transmigrants even more so, just like what Naruto showed at such a young age (kabuto noted this). The only reason why Hashirama doesn't really demonstrate this is because he's not a strong cqc fighter, he relies more on sword play and ninjutsu. But him holding up the larger jyubi fission's leverage up with his hand is enough to indicate that he's strong. Just nothing crazy like Sakura or Tsunade.

Momoshiki said Otsutsuki in the manga, not every Otsutsuki eaten the fruit. Just look at how Kinshiki was throwing Sasuke around, granted that Sasuke outclassed him in skill the cqc looked like a heavy hitter vs a evasive fighter. Kinshiki was strong as shit.
CES or CEF does apply to these people too considering wat Momoshiki did as soon as he started eating Kinshiki. So this tells you that the clan are aliens that just gets stronger physically from here.

No, I think all ninjas enhance their power through CES, just Tsunade and Sakura do it in a far more refined way. I mean, something like that gates can be considered CES since they use Chakra to enhance strength.

Well Tsunade lifted Gamabuntas sword and given CES' mechanism she must have used her base strength.
