Black Zetsu Is still a threat!!!

Is it just me, or does anyone else think black Zetsu will still be a threat to the narutoverse? He did state that he is THE LAND ITSELF. So in theory, he can't be beaten unless you destroy the whole planet. Thoughts?

You would think someone being the "will" (correct me if I'm wrong on that), would get sealed so easily. I'm led to believe black Zetsu sent part of himself down in the earth just as orochimaru slithering away easily when people thought he was sealed. Just my thoughts. I would personally like to see a black Zetsu themed villain in the boruto verse
