To sink him he'd have to be able to bind him in the first place. Between Nukite, his physical strength and his speed Gaara won't be able to ever sink him 200m below the ground in sand before he does something about it.

-Minato gets outlasted. Rasengan can't hurt Ay and Ay has far far more stamina.

-Ay IV gets wrecked. Ay IV can't hurt his father. He can outspeed him, but that doesn't help much. If this becomes close combat he gets run through by Nukite after eating up his hits.

-Jiraiya loses as well with ease. Jiraiya can't hurt him. Bind him. Or survive against him once it becomes close combat, and since Ay III>Jiraiya in every form of speed it will become close combat.

-B is the only one who wins. Continuous Bijuu Dama = GG.
