If Hinata was able to find an opening and take advantage of it against:
>A far superior Taijutsu opponent
>Who has a Dojutsu that grants precognition
>Who has better reflexes than her in base
Hinata most definitely will be able to overwhelm and counter:
>A far inferior Taijutsu opponent
>Who has no visual enhancements
>Who has inferior reflexes than her even in base
It's not a matter of part 1 or part 2, but that Hinif ata already displayed being able to best someone far superior to her in taijutsu and speed, even briefly, so transfer that to current Hinata, who is above Sakura in the three aspects I just mentioned, and you get far better results in Hinata's favor.

Literally helps her case in no way in terms of being able to connect with Sakura. Wasn't she cloaked in KC here?
The cloaks don't enhance reflexes, and even if they do, Sakura failed to dodge a kunai with that exact cloak, so it still balances out either way.
lmfao Rikudo Chakra & Nature Energy imbued puppets that's blitzed Hiashi yet Hinata was able to fight them off even without her Byakugan is weightless.

Something that proves she can hit a opponent vastly faster then herself would suffice.
Already did. Is Neji not faster than her? Are the Tenseigan Puppets, which out sped Hiashi, faster than her? Is the Juubi's hand not faster than her? Yep.
Not to mention both Lee and Sasuke say that having eyes like Byakugan/Sharingan make it pathetically easy for the user to avoid attacks against linear-style taijutsu and running, and Sakura is the most linear fighter around.
