Yeah I know, it's supplementary but it allows the caster to move wherever instantly meaning they can use an actual attack as a follow through after izanagi.

Him killing the Hyuga in the same night (or at all prior to itachi's death) destabilizes konoha having lost two clans and causes a war to happen after seeing konoha vulnerabilities in military power.

Regardless of what you believe kishi's words are kishi's words. Because I can argue the case about how it is impossible for a human being to travel at the speed of light between spaces from one kunai knife to the next without turning into a pile of meat bag. It's impossible.
The word instant is essentially saying in the manga "to fast for your perception" because realistically no one should reach the speed of light. So don't argue one bias for one issue and ignore the other.
