Madara wins with ease. They can't match, overpower or defend from his Katon. Well, none bar Sasuke due to him being allowed to call snake summons, but Madara would win in every other area of battle.

Scenario 2: every one of them with 3T.

Exactly the same. 3-Tomoe adds Genjutsu and bolstered performance due to reading moves. Genjutsu is useless for obvious reasons, and if they all get a 3-T buff the result doesn't change.

Scenario 3: every one of them with MS.

Obito wins comfortably since he has both eyes. Same in Scenario 4.
