Couldn't woodstyle deflect TBB too? Or is this version of Madara we are speaking about does not have woodstyle? Either way I can agree, but I must add that Limbo would aid Madara in this CQC advantage. I do not believe Naruto can take on the real Madara and his Limbo clones simultaneously; he would just be overwhelmed. Madara could also swap places with Limbo if he is injured, and transfer the damage received.

Madara obviously. Madara was significantly stronger prior to Rikudou's boost meaning he's still stronger after receiving the same level of power and Shinra Tensei and Wood Dragon would both aid in defeating Naruto's Ashura Avatar though the latter would have to be used more sparingly due to Yoton.

Factor in Limbo and it becomes a much easier fight for Madara.

Why would Madara Susanoo be bigger and Stronger than Sasuke? They're both Uchiha with all the same chakra buffs and as an adult, Sasuke chakra has matured.

No. Madara was stronger than teen Naruto with half Kurama. But this is adult Naruto with full Kurama. Strip off the Rikudou buffs and Madara is left with PS and Naruto is left with full Kurama as their full power.
Full Kurama completely shits on PS in terms of firepower.

Deva Path would be too troublesome on this level, this is strictly if we're involving that chakra boost. Not to mention the huge physical buff to the already extremely powerful Limbo clones and an enhanced Susano'o substantially greater Sasuke's version in all areas. Preta Path may find usage in this fight as well to be honest.

It is kind of implied, Obito stated even with only one Rinnegan, the power was almost too great for him to yield.
