Raditz was in the middle of traveling the ninja world. If you were able to look beyond the high branches of the many trees that covered the forrest, you could see the clear skies and the bright sun shining thru the intertwining branches above.
At that very moment, there began a tremor within in the world that was undeniable. Something major was happening and some that would impact everyone There seemed to be a wave of some type of force that slowly drifted from above. Raditz couldnt tell what it was. It didnt resemble chakra or anything he has ever seen before. As it fell passed him, he was able to feel his strength and the chakra in his body being drained from him to Jounin level. What could this mean and why has this happened. There were so many questions to ask. As if someone read Raditz' mind, a scroll fell with just this sentence inscribed in it.

His music playing, Vegeta enters the area and is stunned to see Raditz of all people. He could have sworn he was finished off by that Namekian, however here he was seemingly alive and well. No matter, he would deal with this loose end here and now. Screaming some low-level blather about becoming an Elite, Raditz grabs a kunai with some form of grenade on it and throws it. This prompts Geets to quickly summon the earrings bestowed on him by his comrade. The flash bang occurring, Geets squints however he is still partially blinded, however he just smiles as he knows his armor can easily handle a kunai and shortly after it thumps sticking into his armor, and he just pulls it out tossing it back the way it came. Shortly after before Geets even realized it, his earrings activate on their own accord, protecting him from the unseen attack creating a barrier that blocks the lightning despite Vegeta not even being aware of the attack..

Description: Thousands of years ago, there was a lone some village in the Land of Eki, where all the villagers to a vow of peace. Never to fight even if their own life is endangered, the only exception was the protection of family and loved ones. Kids were taught this from an early age, meditation was also practiced at minimum 4 times a day to keep everyone at one with themselves. Within this village were great craftsmen throughout out all the land, that made tools with the heart for defending. Other bigger Villages and tribes with well over a thousand people wanted these craftsmen and their creations to in attempt to become rulers of the entire land of Eki. The village hidden in Ketsueki, the biggest in all the land and by far the most powerful, came to the lone village destroying everyone's homes and killing the people of the village in search for the craftsmen and what they seen as "weapons". One of the Five craftsmen gave his son a pair of Gold earrings with what appears to have aqua colored diamonds[from chakra being stored within them] after the son put the earring on they became one with him. The intruders eventually found the last craftsman and his family hiding within a tunnel built under their home, each being pulled and executed, the son being the last one pulled from the tunnel, when they tried to kill him a barrier of chakra appeared reflecting their jutsu. This son with the only tools ever found, made by the legendary craftsmen , after 20 years went on to become King of all the land of Eki, finally bringing Peace. The earrings became known as "The Kings Peace", and their abilities are known to Block and/or Reflect nearly anything threatening the holder.

Aware his earrings had activated and defended him, he knew Raditz had begun an offensive attack but also knew he had not exactly went all out. Raditz came from a very powerful family with his father Bardock standing out in particular, and despite them being low level soldiers they had quite the potential to grow in strength after each battle. Deciding it to be time to play, while he still couldn't see he draws a kunai with a special tag on it given to him by the Sage of Snakes himself. He would toss the kunai in a slight upwards angle then performs some seals, multiplying the kunai by 1000. As they explode, all 1000 release 10 tiny snakes (2 inches in length) that have explosive scales. The snakes bite down and wrap around the nearest body part and than explode. The explosions, 10000 of them, each have the power of a normal explosive tags. He would wait and see how Raditz reacted..

Description: After throwing one shuriken or more against their target, the user creates up to a thousand shadow clones of the shuriken (or kunai, senbon, etc, basically any basic weapon) after performing Ram → Rat → Bird → Boar → Tiger which multiply the damage as its striking down the enemy. This is a technique that combines ninja tools with ninjutsu. Compared to normal shadow clones, clones of material objects are said to be on a far higher level. There is no need for preparations beforehand, like stocking up on shuriken, yet since the shadow clones are real and not illusions, all the shadow blades that fly around are equally lethal. This is valid for any weapon copied and it has been seen that the copied weapons will also have the tags or markings of the original, like sealing or explosive tags or sealing marks.

The first was that the Kunai that was tossed at Vegeta didnt penetrate his saiyan armor. Raditz forgot that the saiyan armor was not one to be underestimated, as it is very durable dispute the excellent maneuverability of it. The second thing was that Raditz was able to pick up a spike in chakra before a barrier was formed before Vegeta to protect him from Raditz Raiton Projectiles. There was no form at movement or seals made which means that he had to have some sort of Artifact that had the ability. He couldnt pinpoint what the Artifact was just yet but now he knows what he has to be careful of.
Raditz then notices Vegeta throwing a kunai with a bomb tagged to it. Raditz seen his chance and he was not going to pass it up. As Vegeta was weaving seals to multiple the kunai a thousand-fold, Raditz simple molded magnetic chakra before using it to create an electromagnetic field on Vegeta making him a human magnet. With that done the thousands of kunai thrown in the air will be attracted to Vegeta due to the electromagnetic field causing the kunai to make a complete 180 and hastely travel to Vegeta since the Kunai also have gravity on their side due to their descent before exploding on himself instead.

Even if Vegeta does find a way to avoid the blast, there will still be a bolt of lightning that would be able to Paralyze Vegeta preventing him from making movements.

The kunai multiplying, Geets is mortified when suddenly the tagged blades reverse course. As they hit, the blast is met by a dampening shield of chakra that rebounds the kunai and deflects any damage. He begins rushing forwards as Raditz then follows up creating a vortex of lightning, forming it into a large dragon that rages towards him. Before it could get close enough to affect the snakes or Vegeta, he makes 2 seals and manipulates his wind chakra to surround and compress the dragon forming a convergence line down the center. Geets rushes straight to it using this jet stream down the center to propel up and over it, and once in the air Vegeta uses the wind to swiftly pull himself downwards crashing fist first into Raditz, leaving him in bad shape laying in the newly formed crater the force of the blow creates, and Geets would swiftly move to behind Raditz's location as the 10000 tiny snakes with explosive scales released by the tags converge on their target..

Description: The user forms two handseals to manipulate their wind chakra around a large scale attack of their opponents. This could be but is not limited to waves of water, blasts of wind, avalanches of sand, and similar sized jutsu. Manipulating wind chakra on both sides, the user compresses the opposing technique to something of more narrow size. Once the technique is compressed, a jet line stream of air is created on the convergence point, shooting around the top of the technique. At the point that the technique comes into contact with the user, they can then use this stream to propel themselves up and over the technique, avoiding it entirely.

Description:
This is a Close Combat Technique which uses the ability to draw things using Wind but on a more powerful scale. This technique is used on the user will manipulate the wind to rapidly pull either themselves within Short from Mid range in a linear direction. When this technique is used to pull the user it only has an effective range of 10 meters, making this one only a short range use. The user will use the wind to pull them forward and get into close range so they will crash into a target, can be used to rapidly pull them to the floor whilst in the air and cause a crater in the area when punched, causing the ground to buckle and any opponents to fall over with range. When used to rush forward to directly punch a target, it will cause major damage, enough to shatter bones.

As Raditz was sending the lightning technique to Vegeta he was sure that his combination of using his own kunai against him plus the Lightning dragon would finish Vegeta. His sensing would prove him otherwise as he was able to sense that the opponent was using wind to assist in closing the distance between them using the jet stream of wind to travel over the Lightning blast without being affected in any way. Doing this would position Vegeta over Raditz. From there Vegeta would once again use his futon jutsu to manipulate the wind to quickly pull himself down to crash fist first to Raditz. At the last possible moment, Raditz would respond to Vegeta thrust of his fist by molding chakra and focusing it to Raditz right palm where he would cause the incredibly dense chakra to rapidly spiral to form a rotating sphere. With the spiraling sphere in hand, Raditz thrust it at Vegeta's fist, effectively matching the force behind his punch, thus cancelling it out.

It just relied on the ninja's ability to mold chakra. The ninja concentrates a contained, fast, rotating sphere of chakra in the palm of their hand, which can create a destructive impact.
During the clash of jutsu between Vegeta and Raditz, Raditz molds chakra and visualize his chakra grinding against each other in order to change the nature of his chakra to wind before focusing the wind chakra to his left hand. Using shape manipulation he will then cause the wind chakra to take the shape of a tangible demonic claw. With his Vegeta's fist caught in his right hand, Raditz uses the claw and thrust it to Vegeta's torso before extending the range of the claw forcing him to smash against the ground covered with his sea of snakes with explosive scales causing a chain of explosions that would cause great damage!

Description: This technique is somewhat of an enhanced version of the Beast Tearing Palm. It used chakra to infused with and condense a mass amount of wind to form a massive demonic-like claw extending from the user's dominant hand to strike and grab a target, as well as deflect any weapon or attack. In addition to making it a deadly short to mid-range weapon, the extending claw also carries tremendous force that can devastate anything in its path without affecting the user, making it useful for dislodging solid and heavy objects.
From there, Raditz would weave the ram handseal, while deeply inhaling, molding chakra, invisioning two halves of the chakra grinding against each other to change the nature of the chakra to wind, and focusing that chakra to his chest before exhaling, thus, allowing Raditz to expel a large blast of wind capable of destroying anything in its way due to the sheer size and speed. Also with interaction of the wind with the fiery explosion the flames would most likely intensify scorching Vegeta into ash.

In addition to making it a deadly short to mid-range weapon, the extending claw also carries tremendous force that can devastate anything in its path without affecting the user, making it useful for dislodging solid and heavy objects.
From there, Raditz would weave the ram handseal, while deeply inhaling, molding chakra, invisioning two halves of the chakra grinding against each other to change the nature of the chakra to wind, and focusing that chakra to his chest before exhaling, thus, allowing Raditz to expel a large blast of wind capable of destroying anything in its way due to the sheer size and speed. Also with interaction of the wind with the fiery explosion the flames would most likely intensify scorching Vegeta into ash.

Impressed once again that Raditz had managed to stave off his attack, Geets was curious about this so called "level beyond Super Saiyan". Could Raditz deliver? Once again molding his katon to the ground, the SS aura rages once again as fiery golden flames erupt in close proximity. He once again focuses the chakra and then swiftly create a special golden glow around his body, and a golden feather appears on his chest beneath his armor unseen by anyone..

The user will be capable of interacting with any flame or fire technique that they produce without suffering from harm or adverse effects - such as respiratory problems - not only that but, should they so wish, they will be capable of interacting with fire as if it were a solid, liquid or gas - such as standing on top of a flame despite its incorporeal qualities or floating within a fire. This ability signifies the user as the 'Unburnt', gracing the user with an ability previously believed to be the sole realm of the Dragon and Phoenix. This technique can be used a maximum of twice, will last until cancelled and has a two turn cooldown between usages. Without much warning Raditz quickly dashes towards Vegeta as he continues to focus katon to the ground to allow himself to levitate. Once he approaches Vegeta in his new form Raditz gathers chakra, cause it to rapidly vibrate changing the nature of the chakra to Raiton, before focusing his raiton chakra to his right hand allowing him to infuse his lightning to his fist before performing an uppercut to vegeta's chin.

Without much warning Raditz quickly dashes towards Vegeta as he continues to focus katon to the ground to allow himself to levitate. Once he approaches Vegeta in his new form Raditz gathers chakra, cause it to rapidly vibrate changing the nature of the chakra to Raiton, before focusing his raiton chakra to his right hand allowing him to infuse his lightning to his fist before performing an uppercut to vegeta's chin.

During Raditz' lightning infused uppercutt, with his other hand he gathered more chakra changed his chakra's nature to raiton by rapidly vibrating his chakra, focusing it to his fist allowing him to form a sphere of pure lightning around his left hand condensing it before thrusting his closed fist to Vegeta's right jaw capable of shocking Vegeta and at the same time sending him crashing back into the ground with both the ninjutsu boost and the Taijutsu boost.

Geets couldn't believe his eyes. Was this the transformation he'd heard about in legends?? Raditz's power level was rising out of control, Vegeta found himself slightly intimidated as he continued molding his katon chakra. However, he was a seasoned fighter, and simply raising your power level wasn't always enough to win, not in the Ninja world. Vegeta would wait for the right moment, readying himself for Raditz's first blitz. He knew, with Geets as his opponent, Raditz would rush headlong at him with something to prove. Geets would take advantage of his over eagerness..
I could go further. But i am sure this will be More than enough to win this match against you.
There it was, Geets was dead on the money about him. Raditz was a Saiyan after all, this overzealous tendency was part of their DNA, the blood of warriors built for combat. Geets relaxed his mind, he knew if he didn't react at just the right moment he was done for. Suddenly Raditz practically vanished in a plume of smoke as he bursts towards Vegeta with incredible speed. He was heading right for Vegeta's Super Saiyan aura of golden fiery katon which would burn him once he was within two meters of Vegeta however he knew Raditz surely had a plan for that. This attack was blindingly fast, and if he had simply struck right into Geets without hesitation to mold raiton there would probably have been no time to react, however as Geets see's and hears the raiton chakra forming on Raditz's fist, he reacts as planned in his mind. Raditz's fist would meets a Vegeta shaped mass of fire chakra as he quickly moves backwards, which Vegeta simultaneously releases explosive ash into. The flames envelope him as ash would stick to Raditz's body like boiling sugar, Geets wills the mass of katon to explode with Raditz as the epicenter as soon as he escapes the blast radius. This usually non lethal explosion would be enhanced by his explosive ash, making it extremely harmful. Raditz, who's skin would be practically melting off him from the boiling ash, would be hit and burned severely. Once he bursts backwards and wills it to explode he thrusts both arms forwards releasing more burning ash streaming straight into the blast area, filling the area with more sticky explosive ash that he streams with swift arm movements to cover a short range area width wise between the two. He would wait now to see how Raditz reacted..

Description :
The User releases a burst of chakra from around there body and moves in a certain direction, whether it be forward, upwards, backwards or to the side the chakra will remain where they once stood manifesting into an element to carry different effects. The Shroud of Chakra basically stays there and takes the hit whilst the user moves out the way, though the effects could be different and be advantageous especially in close range.
Raw Shadow
A Supplementary / Defensive use, the user will release a burst of chakra and move away from it. The Chakra will notmanifest into the elemental affinity and will retain the shape of the user's body producing a sort of copy like the shadow clone but it has a tiny amount of chakra to carry some sort of form. The Body can be used to take a hit or as a temporary platform as it can also be formed whilst airborne Burning Shadow
Good to use when the opponent is near you, the user will release a burst of chakra and move away from it. The Chakra will manifest into the elemental affinity of Fire whilst retaining the shape of the user's body, though it would explode at the user's will causing the opponent (and the user if not careful) to be blown away. The explosion as a 2 meter radius and isn't fatal, it will cause minor cuts and burns over the victim if they are caught by it.
Petrified Shadow
Good to use when the opponent is attacking you in close combat, the user will release a burst of chakra and move away from it. The Chakra will manifest into the elemental affinity of Earth whilst retaining the shape of the user's body a stone statue will be left behind as a defence. However it can also be used when the opponent tries to attack with a weapon or with their limbs, the earth manifesting around said weapon or limb to trap them as you make your next attack.
Liquid Shadow
Good to use when the opponent is moving towards you, the user will release a burst of chakra and move away from it. The Chakra will manifest into the elemental affinity of water whilst retaining the shape of the user's body, the water can either be sticky or not leaving behind a small water source or trapping a target if they manage to walk into the liquid.
Shocking Shadow
Good to use when the opponent is near you, the user will release a burst of chakra and move away from it. The Chakra will manifest into the elemental affinity of Lightning whilst retaining the shape of the user's body, the lightning will branch off from the left behind body to any target within short range and will shock them with lightning damage.
Restrictions

Description: A unique fire style jutsu based on chakra flow abilities. This particular technique focuses on the unique aspect of some fire release jutsu, namely those based on explosive ash, such as Asuma's technique he used vs Hidan. By forming this explosive ash the user is capable of applying the ash to his limbs or any weapons he uses. By activating this jutsu the user is able to release the ash during taijutsu or other weapon attacks. Though this costs a move slot each time the ash is released. By using the momentum behind physical attacks the user of this jutsu is capable of sending streams of red hot ash from the seals to augment the range of the attacks and cause increased damage in close range. However as to prevent the user suffering from his own jutsu, the ash from this can only be caused to explode with a subsequent technique this technique must be a higher ranked fire technique due to the strength of the chakra stored in the ash release and it's density. In regards to scaling each time the jutsu is used, the user may release an amount of ash with a maximum range of mid. If it was to travel in a straight line from the user to mid ranged. A total of 15 meters, this can also be used to form the ash in to smaller patterns that instead have wider ranges provided they follow the initial dimensions. This ash behaves in an adhesive manner sticking to enemy targets similar to boiling sugar. Alternatively, the ash can be streamed into another Katon jutsu increasing it's damage by +20 while occurring in the same TF but of course costing a move.

The flames were so intense that it overpowered Raditz lightning and burned his fist. Raditz felt worst pain and exhaustion from his transformation so a burned fist was something that he could overlook.
Raditz wasnt going to allow him to make anymore clever tricks. During Vegeta's retreat, with blinding speed, Raditz circles around to Vegeta's blindside, all the while he would mold suiton chakra before focusing it to left hand before thrusting it to Vegeta's back allowing him to release a spiralling torrent of water which blast at the opponent's spine. With the increased strength, the spiralling torrent of water creates an impact that causes significant blunt damage forcing Vegeta to crash back against the ground. this would prevent Vegeta to perform any further techniques.
